Sheena Mallais is an Experienced Executive Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the maritime industry. Skilled in Government, Hospitality Industry, Event Management, International Relations with French as her second language.

More recently, her work experience combined with her roles as a podcast host & producer for 2 independent Podcast shows has brought her into the world of Freelance Podcast Production. Conducting video interviews and editing has always been a tool she used even throughout her studies in Cejep as well as in her University studies.

In her free time, she coaches women’s rugby and enjoys curling in tournaments from time to time.
